Junior Java Developer for Netcompany Banking Services (f/m)

Netcompany Banking Services delivers IT solutions and services to banks and savings banks in Denmark and other Nordic countries. They provide a modern, cloud-based core banking platform to over 50 Nordic banks, serving more than 2 million end customers. Their solutions cover daily banking operations, mobile and online banking, payments, investment, risk management, compliance, and open banking.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant IT specialization
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming
• Strong willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges
• Fully flexible and open to working with various technological platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in English

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains and industries
• Produce high-quality design deliverables describing how the solution will accommodate business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns
• Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs and devise solutions to troubleshoot and address issues
• Work in an agile, international environment with experienced colleagues in Warsaw and Europe
• Plan and organize own work and accurately report issues and progress in a timely manner
• Identify areas for personal development
• Work with different programming languages and technologies varying by project, including Java (Java 8/11/17/21, Spring/Spring Boot), frontend JavaScript stacks like React, Angular, Vue, NodeJS, and mobile apps based on React Native and Kotlin
