Delivery Manager AI (k/m/n)

Hays IT Contracting operates on B2B collaboration principles, matching IT specialists to technological projects. The project involves modernizing an internet banking system and migrating it to a new architecture, focusing on payments and supported by LLM models.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role (e.g., Technical Lead, Project Manager in IT projects).
• Experience in modernization or migration of legacy systems.
• Very good knowledge of the payments domain or banking projects.
• Technical competencies to assess team work quality (architecture, integrations, production standards).
• Understanding of AI / LLM usage in the production process (quality control, governance).
• Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and communication within the team.
• Foreign language proficiency at B2 level.
• Availability ASAP.

• Lead and coordinate the project team to ensure efficient delivery and achievement of project goals (effective system modernization).
• Monitor work progress, risks, dependencies, and conduct regular status reporting.
• Identify problems and propose and implement corrective actions.
• Respond to irregularities and take responsibility for delivering team results.
• Supervise the quality of delivered solutions, including control of team members' work.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support the team in working with AI Agents / LLM models, especially in quality control, governance, and validation of AI-generated results.
