Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects as a Project Manager
• Experience leading technological, digital, or platform projects
• Technical background with understanding of development teams' work and system change implementation
• Experience collaborating with technical teams in multi-system environments
• Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban (Prince2, PMI is a plus)
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively between business and technical teams
• Experience gained in large organizations or corporate environments
• Very good command of English language - minimum C1 level

• Manage projects related to the implementation and development of a platform for building and managing portals and digital services
• Plan project scope, schedule, and manage project risks
• Coordinate work of project teams including developers, architects, UX/UI, QA, and business analysts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and refine requirements
• Oversee integration of the platform with other organizational systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce, payment systems)
• Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders and management
• Ensure compliance of work with system architecture and organizational standards
• Support the team in working with agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
