Mid-Level SAP IS-U (FICA) Billing Analyst

As a Mid-Level SAP IS-U (FICA) Billing Analyst, you will be working for a client who is a leader in the energy and utilities sector. The role involves streamlining billing processes, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting development projects that shape the future of energy services. The position is based in Warszawa with a remote work model.

• At least 3 years of documented experience configuring SAP IS-U (FICA) in the billing area
• Strong knowledge of tariff configuration, billing, and invoicing processes
• Familiarity with energy and gas tariffs, especially within the deregulated Polish market
• Experience with SAP SD module, IDEX component, and CRM integration (a plus)
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reading code, tracking program flow, and performing simple modifications
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal communication
• Flexibility in operation; familiarity with SCRUM methodology is appreciated
• Communicative level of Polish and English (both written and spoken)

• Collect and analyze business requirements related to IS-U billing for various projects and operational support
• Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation
• Configure and implement new SAP IS-U billing solutions in alignment with business needs
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, programmers, and key users to deliver seamless solutions
• Work with external domestic and foreign IS-U solution providers to integrate and optimize systems
• Monitor and optimize billing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Utilize knowledge of tariff configuration, billing, and invoicing to enhance system performance
