Senior Consultant (PLM)

• Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in PLM consulting or implementation, ideally within complex industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and related domains such as digital twins, MBSE, or systems engineering.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Team-oriented mindset, passion for innovation, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.

• Advise clients on the design, implementation, and optimization of PLM solutions such as Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Analyze business and engineering processes, define solution concepts, and support implementation, migration, and rollout phases.
• Take ownership of workstreams or subprojects, collaborating closely with customers, technical teams, and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of PLM methodologies, best practices, and assets within the global PLM community.
• Identify new business opportunities, support presales initiatives, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and balance diverse interests to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
