ServiceNow Administrator

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification
• Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management and at least two additional ServiceNow modules
• Familiarity with databases, web services, and integration standards (REST, SOAP, SSO, SAML)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
• Confident communication in English (C1)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows
• ITIL knowledge or certifications
• Experience working in global or distributed teams

• Administering and maintaining ServiceNow instances, ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance
• Configuring, customizing, and extending platform capabilities to support business needs
• Providing operational support, diagnosing issues, and resolving them within defined SLAs
• Acting as a key point of contact for platform-related topics and improvements
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements
• Supporting and executing platform upgrades and maintaining version alignment
• Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and platform usage
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and configuration standards
