PIM Specialist

Demant Technology Center Sp. z o.o. is part of the Danish-based global company Demant, which has DKK 22B revenue and over 22,000 employees. The Global Marketing team supports commercial success through state-of-the-art marketing systems and tools. The Digital Business Systems team in Global Marketing works with specialists in PIM, DAM, and metadata to deliver high-quality product marketing content across all channels, both print and digital.

• Have 2–5 years of experience working with PIM, DAM, metadata or similar systems
• Have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (e.g. in Information Science, IT, Digital Marketing) or equivalent practical experience
• Be analytical and structured, with an agile mindset and strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working in cross-functional and international teams
• Be comfortable with stakeholder communication and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Be fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Be proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player

• Contribute to the deployment and development of PIM solutions globally
• Maintain and distribute marketing product information for both global and local markets
• Manage the translation process within PIM
• Create and maintain product data for commercial channels, both print and digital
• Collaborate closely with the DAM team to align taxonomy (product and marketing) and cross-system requirements
• Support and train regional and global marketing teams in handling product information
