Wymagania
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST API, microservices, web services, and SOA
- Good knowledge of UML and BPMN
- Experience working with CASE tools and system modeling
- Familiarity with tools such as Swagger, Postman, or SoapUI
- SQL experience
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum) and participating in testing activities
- Good command of English (B2 or higher), with communicative proficiency
- Proven ability to plan and execute tests independently
- Analytical thinking, attention to documentation, and strong organizational skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in designing mobile applications using REST services
- Knowledge of modern design patterns
- Familiarity with PlantUML
- Ability to design solutions based on microservices architecture and document REST services using Swagger/YAML
- Understanding of UX/UI principles

- Analyze and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Design and prepare technical specifications for system changes with a focus on security and performance
- Design and develop modern processes for electronic banking solutions
- Model system solutions using UML and BPMN
- Support integration design using REST APIs, microservices, and web services
- Collaborate with development teams in agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Participate in testing activities, including planning and execution of test scenarios
- Maintain clear and structured project and system documentation
