Junior IT Service Delivery Specialist

CHANGE of Scandinavia is a Danish lingerie company with strong revenue and earnings growth. We design, develop and manufacture products under CHANGE Lingerie brand, which are sold at leading retail stores and department stores in Europe and Canada. We are rapidly growing with more than 300 own retail stores.

• At least 1 years’ experience on similar position or education in required field (IT)
• Fluency in English – written and verbal, also in Polish is a must
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills is a must as you deal with internal Clients
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Strong team-player orientation
• Experience in Retail Company will be advantage.

• Provide 1st line of support for the whole organization
• Work directly with HOTLINE system
• Perform remote troubleshooting via remote connection
• Educate and guide the end user through the problem-solving
• Act as an escalation point in case to the 2nd line of support
• Basic configuration of IT devices and preparation for distribution to the organization
• Granting access to accounts
