UX Designer

Acoustic is a behavioral intelligence and marketing platform helping enterprise brands understand, predict, and act on customer behavior in real time. The Behavioral Insights tribe builds systems such as signals, scoring, and analytics that provide marketers with a true picture of buyer intent and engagement across channels.

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or developer/analytics tools.
• Adaptability over process purity; iterate in the open and ship early to learn.
• Comfortable pairing with engineers in real time rather than just handing off designs.
• Technical curiosity and hands-on fluency with prototyping tools such as Claude, Figma, or similar.
• Strong design craft including attention to pixels, typography, copy, and edge cases while moving fast.

• Portfolio showing things built and shipped, not just designed.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools, agentic products, and designing for behavioral intelligence.
• Experience designing complex data-heavy interfaces like analytics dashboards and reporting surfaces.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to set direction when product and roadmap are evolving.
• Prototyping in front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS) is a meaningful plus.

• Pair directly with engineers as they build, providing in-the-moment design direction, feedback, and polish.
• Set and maintain a 3–6-month design vision for feature areas using rapid prototypes and lightweight artifacts.
• Own end-to-end design for complex product surfaces including dashboards, behavioral analytics, audience management, campaign workflows, and reporting.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Claude, Figma, no-code builders) to prototype quickly and contribute to implementation polish.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to shape product vision and make design decisions.
• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and quality across Acoustic Connect and Tealeaf platforms.
• Develop models and frameworks to support UX research and rapid design iteration, treating AI as a creative collaborator.
