ERP Solution Specialist - MS Dynamics

We are partnering with one of our key clients to find a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Specialist. In this strategic role, you will act as a pivotal architect of change, bridging complex business processes with modern technical execution. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain a system, but a visionary who will take ownership of the ERP environment's evolution and translate organizational goals into actionable IT roadmaps.

• A proven track record of 5–8 years working with ERP-class systems (configuration, development, and integration).
• Practical knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 (preferably 1 to 3 years of active experience with the system).
• Proficiency in finance and accounting areas and the ability to solve domain-specific problems within IT systems.
• The ability to clearly present strategies and effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of technical seniority.
• A degree in a relevant field or MS Dynamics certifications will be considered a significant asset.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CPM-class tools (e.g., for reporting and consolidation).
• Familiarity with modern payroll and HR systems.

Analysis & Strategic Consulting:

• Serving as the lead ERP expert, responsible for deep technical analysis and designing long-term implementation plans.

Solution Architecture:

• Designing, configuring, and implementing advanced functionalities within the MS Dynamics 365 system.

Business Partnership:

• Engaging in active dialogue with financial and operational departments to design solutions perfectly tailored to the business's specific needs.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitoring system performance and recommending innovations to increase operational efficiency.

Technical Mentoring:

• Supporting the team by sharing best practices and building strong technical competencies within the department.
