Senior Java Developer

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company emphasizes honesty, trust, cooperation, and good relationships, working in smaller teams with varied seniority.

• Recruitment process consists of 2 stages:
  • A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  • Online technical talk with the client (about 1.5 hours) including experience questions, technical knowledge assessment, and 20-30 minutes of live coding

• At least 4 years of experience in backend development using Java 11+
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot
• Knowledge of microservice architecture, CI/CD, and design patterns
• Comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (GCP / OpenShift)
• Knowledge of hexagonal architecture and API-first approach (REST, Swagger, contracts)
• Experience in monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Istio, Dynatrace)
