Cloud Data Engineer (AWS)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services
• AWS Certification (Associate or Professional level preferred)
• Experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python programming
• Practical experience with PySpark and distributed data processing
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue
• Designing and maintaining ETL pipelines
• Good understanding of data lakes and data warehouse architecture
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Good written and spoken English and Polish
• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once every two months

• Design and implement cloud-based data processing solutions in AWS
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build and optimize data workflows using PySpark
• Work with AWS Glue jobs and data catalog
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipelines performance
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Maintain documentation and best practices for data platforms
