Commercial experience as an ETL / Data Engineer
Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage
Experience with Informatica or similar ETL / data integration tools will be an advantage
Very good knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle DB
Experience in building ETL flows for data migration
Understanding of data warehousing and data mesh concepts
Good understanding of data modelling
Experience with Git for version control
Experience working in Scrum / SAFe and self-managing teams
Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and focus on code quality

Work as part of a Scrum team on a data-focused banking project
Develop ETL flows to support data migration processes
Monitor and optimize ETL jobs for performance, stability, and efficiency
Analyze mapping documents and data integration requirements
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business and technical needs
Keep technical and development documentation up to date
Contribute to data integration work with attention to quality and detail

B2B / subcontractor cooperation
