IT Engineer

Edge One Solutions is a community of over 350 experts and part of the Euvic Group with 5500 members. The client is a dynamic European tech startup specializing in optimizing delivery processes for retailers and end customers, collaborating with major logistics operators, e-commerce platforms, and well-known fashion and retail brands.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT (internal IT, IT engineering, system administration)
• Experience managing endpoint devices (macOS, Windows, or Linux)
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• Experience with IAM systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Azure AD)
• Practical experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, or similar)
• Experience automating device provisioning
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager and API integrations between Apple and resellers

Nice to have:

• Experience with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001)
• Experience managing SaaS tools and integrations
• Experience in startup or fast-growing company environments

• Managing IT support and ticketing systems
• Coordinating full hardware lifecycle (purchase, configuration, repairs, replacements)
• Maintaining IT asset records and controlling hardware costs
• Automating provisioning and configuration processes for devices (laptops, endpoints)
• Administering SaaS tools and identity access management (IAM) systems
• Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Implementing security policies and device controls
• Participating in compliance and audit processes (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001)

Work in a hybrid mode from the client's office in Wrocław, Poland.
