Senior Business Analyst

The position is for a Senior Business Analyst role at ASTEK Polska, working on a project for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The project involves developing a platform using digital biomarkers collected from wearable devices to monitor patients' health during clinical trials globally, utilizing modern cloud architecture and advanced data pipelines to accelerate new therapy development and personalized treatment.

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst in technology or data-driven projects
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
• Understanding of system architecture, data integration, and data processing pipelines
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum and with product backlogs
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab/GitHub, or Monday.com
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and working with data solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in an international environment
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated environments (e.g., GxP) is a plus

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product team, and technology teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements
• Collect, analyze, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams on system architecture design, data integration, and data processing solutions
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure consistent understanding of requirements
• Support the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog
• Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, scalability, and costs
• Create and maintain documentation of product requirements, processes, and functionality in tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement of the software development process
