Project Manager - Infrastructure (m/f/n)

For one of the EU institutions we are looking for a Project Manager (Infrastructure) (m/f/n).

• Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ideally holding SAFe certifications.
• Experience with Juniper SD Wan.
• Previous experience in managing infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and software components.
• Strong program management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to understand customer needs and align technical teams accordingly.
• A natural curiosity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus.
• English language proficiency minimum B2 level.

• Provide strong leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various teams within the organization.
• Oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are executed successfully.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Effectively allocate and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with project objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

This job requires initiating the process of obtaining a Security Clearance certificate.
