NPO Engineer - Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS)

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience
• Experience in Dynamic Spectrum Sharing
• Experience in the Telecom Industry with minimum 2 years of experience in RF Planning & Optimization for LTE & 5G
• Knowledge and practice of LTE(+5G) RF Planning tool and OSS tool
• Knowledge of 22R1 DSS features
• Owner of advanced technical discussion with TMPL and R&D

• Work over detected low UL DSS THP as critical issue, detected gap to HUA performance
• Providing inputs to R&D in order them to develop or improve DSS performance based on the result in TMPL
