• High communication skills and ease in contact with clients via email and phone
• Ability to create clear and aesthetic presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Analytical skills and a positive approach to working with data and KPIs
• Openness to working with systems and digital tools, quick learning of new functionalities, and willingness to share knowledge

• Supporting the daily work of the department and coordinating selected internal processes
• Preparing presentations and offer materials for clients
• Creating operational reports and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Configuring and administering systems used by the department
• Conducting training on system functionalities for new and existing users
• Handling matters directed by business clients, including receiving requests, coordinating solutions, and maintaining relationships
