UX Researcher (m/f/d)

• 2-3 years experience in UX research, insight, or related roles
• Strong user-centred mindset with empathy and commitment to meeting user needs
• Experience with a range of research methods including interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Ability to run research projects end to end from discovery through to analysis
• Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and curious mindset
• Strong understanding of UX processes and lifecycle
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Ability to communicate findings simply and impactfully
• Enthusiastic about championing the user and growing research practice
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptability and openness to change

• Supporting and conducting user research across different product areas
• Designing studies and selecting appropriate methods
• Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to surface key themes
• Creating and delivering research reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Sharing insights through clear documentation and storytelling
• Collaborating with Designers and Product Managers to integrate findings
• Contributing to research operations, tooling, and repository
• Continuously learning and developing research skills
• Contributing to the development of the research repository and best practices
