Atlassian Consultant (k/m) [90-110 zł/h netto + VAT]

Deviniti is a company with a team of 8 people including Team Leader, ITSM Solution Designer, PMO / PPM Solution Designer, Atlassian Consultants, and Senior Atlassian Consultants. The Atlassian Services unit supports clients using Atlassian tools by providing consulting and configuration services to improve business processes in the PPM / PMO areas.

• Experience as a consultant or administrator in Atlassian products
• Certifications such as PMO, PPM, Change Management, SAFe
• Skills in configuring and customizing Atlassian products
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management
• Troubleshooting skills
• Fluent communication in English and Polish (minimum B2/C1)

Nice to have:

• Scripting skills (Groovy/ScriptRunner)
• Atlassian certifications (ACP) and/or ITIL
• Knowledge of Azure and SharePoint
• Education in IT or business fields

• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for migration to Atlassian Cloud
• Design and implement tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions aligned with client goals
• Configure and customize Atlassian products such as Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence
• Advise on best PMO/PPM practices and ensure compliance with Atlassian Cloud capabilities
• Train client teams on using Atlassian Cloud tools and PMO/PPM principles
• Troubleshoot technical issues during and after migration to Atlassian Cloud
• Monitor updates and new features in Atlassian Cloud to propose innovative solutions to clients

The recruitment process consists of 4 stages: CV verification, initial interview (~30 minutes), recruitment meeting(s) online (~1.5 hours), and decision within two weeks.
