Senior UX Designer

Neontri is a technology company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients, mainly in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Recruitment process consists of two stages:
  • A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
  • An online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including questions about experience and technical knowledge

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a UX designer working on digital products, including mobile applications
• Knowledge of the latest patterns and trends in designing mobile applications
• Experience working with Figma and Miro
• English language proficiency enabling fluent conversation and conducting workshops/presentations
• Experience managing the design process from discovery phase through design hand-off to product maintenance and optimization
• Experience creating high-level prototypes, wireframes, user maps, user flows, and visualizing information architecture
