Business Developer

Holisticon Insight is an established IT consulting company specializing in delivering cutting-edge solutions in IoT, Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning to clients across Sweden, the US, UK, and DACH. The company is expanding its global reach and is looking for a Business Developer to join the growing team in Poland.

• Experience in B2B sales (IT / data / cloud / consulting preferred)
• Proven track record in managing complex, consultative sales cycles
• Experience in solution selling (not body leasing mindset)
• Ability to build and manage own pipeline
• Strong collaboration skills with technical teams (architects, engineers)
• Understanding of or strong interest in Data platforms, analytics, BI, Cloud (Azure, Databricks, etc.), AI / Machine Learning
• Ability to translate client challenges into business value and concrete solutions
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and independence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; Polish required for local market work
• Openness to using AI and modern sales tools

• Build own pipeline through active prospecting on the Polish and European markets
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from first contact to closing
• Run consultative sales conversations with business and technology stakeholders
• Identify opportunities in areas such as Modern Data Platforms, Business Intelligence & Reporting (e.g. Power BI / Fabric), AI / Machine Learning / GenAI, Data integration, and IoT
• Co-create solutions together with architects and delivery teams
• Translate business needs into clear value propositions and ROI-driven cases
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
