Full stack developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within the AI Markets team in Global Markets Technology, working on an award-winning digital service that uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI to transform how institutional investors interact with global markets.

• 5+ years of development experience in enterprise environments
• Strong experience in Java and Python
• Deep understanding of software development principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event streaming technologies
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Effective communication skills in English (B2+)
• Ability to collaborate and mentor team members

Nice to have:

• Experience with JavaScript/Vue for front-end development
• Knowledge of AI, NLP, Machine Learning, Data Science
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and Clean Architecture
• Prompt engineering experience

• Work within a small, agile team (4–6 people) alongside a dedicated product owner
• Take business requirements, break them into stories, and deliver iteratively to production
• Design and implement Java and Python-based solutions following best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD)
• Build and maintain microservices and APIs
• Collaborate on UI changes and improvements (experience with JavaScript/Vue is a plus)
• Participate in DevOps activities, CI/CD automation, and continuous delivery
• Identify and manage technical debt while delivering new functionality
• Provide production support – “the team builds it, the team supports it”
• Pair with other engineers to share knowledge and ensure high-quality code
