Senior Full-Stack Developer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves working on key integration projects with a focus on solution design and implementation, collaborating closely with solution architects and stakeholders.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Azure development (Functions, App Insights, APIM, Service Bus).
• Strong proficiency in Python, with additional experience in Java or .NET.
• Proven experience writing and maintaining unit tests with a quality-first mindset.
• Expertise in using Application Insights for monitoring and debugging.
• Proven track record in designing and building integration patterns within CRM/API environments.
• Ability to move from design to production-ready code quickly and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to fixing issues.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Adaptive mindset, comfortable working across multiple platforms (Azure/GCP/Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for migration strategies.
• Prior experience with Highspot, Pendo, or MS Dynamics integrations.

Solution Design:

• Draft end-to-end technical designs for API solutions and microservice integration patterns.

Hands-on Development:

• Own the full development cycle, building secure, low-latency communication paths between backend systems and UI/UX layers.

Integration & Unblocking:

• Manage technical integration of platforms using Azure Functions and Service Bus.

Code Optimization:

• Fine-tune and deploy Python-based code, refactor as needed for performance and maintainability.

Collaborative Design:

• Participate in design reviews, present solutions, and incorporate feedback.

Future-State Planning:

• Support technical discussions for potential migration to GCP environments.
