Senior Java Developer - financial systems

Link Group is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of high-performance trading systems operating in distributed environments. The role involves contributing to system design, improving performance and scalability, and collaborating closely with both engineering and business teams.

• 5+ years of experience developing financial systems in Java
• Strong expertise in concurrency and multi-threaded programming
• Experience with distributed systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Design and build core components of distributed trading platforms
• Review code and architecture to ensure quality and performance
• Identify and resolve scalability, stability, and latency issues
• Work with trading, risk, and portfolio management stakeholders
