Senior Stress Engineer (Aerospace)

DCG Sp. z o.o is a recruitment company involved in multiple projects, seeking a Senior Stress Engineer specialized in aerospace structural strength analysis.

• Higher technical education specializing in aerospace structural strength (mandatory)
• 5-7 years of experience in analysis
• Basic knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., Catia v5, NX)
• Knowledge of Altair HyperMesh and Nastran (mandatory)
• Ability to perform analytical strength calculations
• Knowledge of thin-walled aerospace structures
• Knowledge of aerospace structural loads
• English language proficiency for technical and professional communication

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a design office
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations (Part21 / EMAR21, certification regulations, especially subparts C, D, G)
• Programming skills in Python, VBA
• Knowledge of Abaqus tool
• Knowledge of material strength
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Spanish language knowledge

• Perform analytical and numerical strength calculations including linear, nonlinear, buckling, and vibration analyses
• Determine safety factors
• Analyze strength of joints and structural assemblies
• Conduct preliminary structural dimensioning
• Verify repair project calculations
• Prepare calculation reports and presentations
• Verify construction drawings for compliance with calculation documentation
• Prepare static and fatigue test programs and analyze results
