The AI Software Developer will join the AI Platform team to build AI-powered solutions that transform the software development lifecycle, improving speed, quality, and reliability.

• Proven experience applying AI to software development.
• 7+ years in production application development in Java ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Web API development.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Expertise in database design and SQL (SQL Server, advanced T-SQL, query optimization).
• Solid experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Deep understanding of SDLC.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Apply AI to software development patterns and processes.
• Develop production applications in Java ecosystems, including front-end (React) and DevOps.
• Develop Web APIs.
• Build dynamic, high-performance web apps using React.
• Design databases and optimize SQL queries (SQL Server, advanced T-SQL).
• Implement CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Participate in software architecture design.
• Lead UI changes to enhance UX and application stability.
• Contribute to DevOps automation and CI lifecycle improvements.
• Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle.
• Develop prototypes to validate concepts and designs.
• Provide customer support and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
