• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in automation testing for web and desktop applications using Tosca (or similar tools).
• Minimum Tosca certification.
• Ability to work with both automation and functional testing.
• Strong experience in automation framework design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca Test Case Design (templates, RTBs, classes).
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test cases.
• Experience reviewing business requirements and system specifications, identifying testing-related defects.
• Strong skills in test analysis and structured test design techniques.
• Ability to provide testing effort estimates for new features and regression cycles.
• Experience in test execution and environment management.
• Experience in defect management, metrics reporting, and quality tracking.
• Solid understanding of CRM applications and CRM components.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Practical knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing defects and change controls across SIT, UAT, and Production releases.

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test cases using Tosca (or similar automation tools) for web and desktop applications.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional and regression test cases, ensuring high quality across releases.
• Actively contribute to AI testing initiatives, including real-time implementation and validation of AI-based solutions.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques in testing scenarios and AI-related use cases.
• Design and build scalable, highly available automation test components with an engineering mindset.
• Ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Review business requirements and system specifications, identifying testing gaps and potential defects early.
• Identify test requirements and define test cases using structured test design techniques.
• Estimate testing efforts for new features and regression cycles.
• Manage test execution, environments, defects, and quality metrics reporting.
• Collaborate closely with PODs, global teams, and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure release governance is met.
• Proactively identify risks, remove impediments, and communicate issues to Program Management.
• Continuously identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative, pragmatic improvements.
• Support end-to-end quality across SIT, UAT, and Production deployments.
