PLM Solution Architect (she/he) - Full remote (F/M)

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Solution Architect for our client from the industrial software / PLM / digitalization industry.

• 6–8+ years of experience in PLM, including 5+ years in AIG integrations (T4EA/T4S/T4O)
• Experience working on complex integration projects for large or global organizations
• Strong knowledge of BOM management, configuration management, product variants, and DMU
• Skilled in designing secure, scalable, and high-performance integration solutions
• Experienced with RESTful APIs and handling large, complex payloads
• Experience engaging with clients, leading workshops, and gathering requirements
• Ability to lead an implementation team to deliver integration solutions successfully
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Design and oversee advanced integrations between Teamcenter PLM and other enterprise applications
• Serve as a key technical advisor for a US-based client
• Conduct workshops, lead the implementation team, and ensure high-quality, scalable integration architecture
• Design scalable and high-performance integration solutions using AIG products (T4EA, T4S, T4O)
• Develop and oversee RESTful integrations with complex data payloads
• Ensure security and compliance of integration solutions, especially in cloud environments
• Work with Teamcenter functionalities: BOM management, configuration management, product variants, and DMU
• Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and provide cross-functional process consultation
• Manage and guide the implementation team throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with global technical and business teams
• Support project delivery during CET business hours, with occasional evening or weekend work for critical go-live phases
