• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in digital tool development projects.
• Knowledge in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Understanding the insurance and/or eCommerce sectors is a plus.

Optional:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• AI projects experience.
• A proactive approach to engaging teams in co-creating innovative solutions.
• A passion for technology and openness to exploring modern solutions.

• Interpret and analyze business requirements to understand and address the core business objectives.
• Conduct workshops with business professionals, technical experts, and UX designers to develop the best solutions.
• Convert requirements into user stories, create technical specifications, and document process flows.
• Perform manual tests before releases to ensure quality and functionality.
• Provide support in resolving production issues and challenges.
