Infrastructure & Operations Manager (IT/OT)

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure in an industrial or production oriented environment.
• Hands‑on expertise in Windows Server, virtualization (e.g. VMware), networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), and IT security.
• Experience working close to production or OT environments (or a strong understanding of their requirements and constraints).
• The ability to manage and develop a small team while staying involved at a technical level.
• Experience with vendors, budgets, audits, and infrastructure projects end‑to‑end.
• A collaborative communication style and confidence working with non‑IT stakeholders.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility for system stability and business continuity.

• Managing and developing IT and OT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networks, storage, backup, security).
• Ensuring high availability of systems supporting production and business operations, including BCP/DR considerations.
• Leading and supporting a small infrastructure team while remaining technically hands‑on where needed.
• Planning and executing infrastructure projects, including modernization, migrations, and integrations (on‑prem / cloud / hybrid).
• Owning infrastructure budgets, vendor relations, and licensing.
• Defining and enforcing security standards, network segmentation, and best practices across IT and OT.
• Cooperating closely with production, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure technology effectively supports core processes.
• Monitoring performance, incidents, and changes, continuously improving operational maturity.
