• Practical knowledge of platforms such as Base. and IdoSell.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas).
• Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Experience in data analysis and collection.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to draw conclusions and propose optimizations.
• Ease in learning new systems and tools.
• Good work organization and communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with Mirakl Seller API for managing offers, products, and orders.
• Experience with dashboards or analytical tools.
• Ability to use AI solutions in daily tasks.
• Experience in e-commerce, especially marketplace platforms.

• Collaborate with key sellers to optimize their e-commerce integration with the Empik Marketplace (Mirakl).
• Analyze and eliminate key technological barriers to increase sellers' product offer availability.
• Ensure correctness of data transmission between external seller systems and the Empik platform.
• Diagnose errors and propose corrective and developmental initiatives for integration functionality.
• Cooperate with commercial and IT teams.
• Research best market practices (benchmarks) and implement technical and process improvements.
