Sales Systems Analyst (f/m/x)

• Experience with MS SQL/T-SQL, relational databases, and analyses
• Practical knowledge of MS SQL Server tools: SSAS, SSIS
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Ability to create reports in Power BI
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions
• Accuracy and reliability in preparing reports and analyses
• Task prioritization and goal-oriented approach
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude
• Problem-solving skills
• Motivation to develop analytical and technical skills (VBA, SQL, Power BI)
• Higher education, preferably technical fields
• Communicative knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IT systems and solutions dedicated to Sales in FMCG or related industry
• Knowledge of MS SQL, databases, and ETL processes
• Programming skills in VBA

• Manage IT systems and develop the reporting platform
• Develop and maintain data warehouse on MS SQL, including data integration processes between systems and reporting solutions
• Participate in projects focused on implementing new and optimizing existing system and reporting solutions
• Support the Sales team by preparing analyses and reports and providing technical solutions
• Collaborate with IT solution providers for system and business service maintenance and development
• Provide professional user support including training related to reporting solutions and sales systems
