Finance Product Owner

Inter Cars S.A. is the largest distributor of spare parts for passenger cars, delivery vans, and trucks in Central and Eastern Europe. Since May 2004, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The strategic goal of Inter Cars S.A. is to maintain its position as a leader in Central and Eastern Europe. The person employed in this position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ECM/BPM class solutions within the Business Owner area of financial processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or working with internal and external teams, especially development teams
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak, Case Manager/FileNet, or other ECM/BPM class solutions
• English language proficiency allowing fluent communication and reading/creating documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international partners, both external and internal
• Experience in designing user-oriented solutions
• Ability to design and optimize processes using BPMN
• Creativity, innovativeness, and seeking good solutions
• Decision-making skills and responsibility for decisions
• Independence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of IT tool design principles for business with good UI/UX consideration
• Basic knowledge of financial area topics, including accounting basics

• Managing the backlog of the ECM/BPM class product, including task creation and prioritization
• Coordinating and planning the team's work
• Continuous cooperation with business, area architect, and other areas responsible for system development within the organization
• Managing relationships with internal and external clients: communicating current changes and planning, monitoring market trends and competitor activities (product information, offers, new functionalities), supervising and ensuring optimization in maintenance requests
• Responsibility for product development, including preparing long- and short-term product development strategies in cooperation with the Business Owner and Area Architect
• Monitoring and reporting the effects of implemented changes and solutions
• Managing the budget, including constant control and ensuring effective use
