• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Several years of proven experience as a ServiceNow developer / administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (ideally with certifications)
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
• Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Very good communication skills in English
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
• Implement complex workflows, integrations, and automations
• Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
• Optimize existing processes within the ServiceNow platform
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and security
• Support upgrades, releases, and testing cycles
• Create documentation and share knowledge within the team
