IT Project Manager

• 5+ years experience in product development/project management.
• Experience in software development life cycle and testing.
• Professional interest in IT products and new technologies.
• Strong personality with good negotiation skills.
• Experience in problem-solving and analyzing information.
• Fluent in English.

• Lead and collaborate with a team of software developers, designers, and QA engineers in building web and mobile applications for UniFi Network’s products.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and monitor execution.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and tools.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across all parties involved.

Must be near Kraków or consider relocation for hybrid work model.
