Game Producer / Project Manager

• Located in Poznań or open to relocation
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Experience in project management roles such as Producer, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
• Ability to plan and enforce schedule execution
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
• Problem identification and independent resolution skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Knowledge and practical application of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
• Clear communication and coordination skills for managing multiple people

• Experience in the board or digital games industry
• Experience with crowdfunding projects
• Knowledge of physical product production processes
• Experience working with creative teams
• Practical knowledge of AI tools/modules in project work

• Planning board game production including schedule, milestones, and budget
• Leading the project during execution, updating and adapting plans as needed
• Coordinating interdisciplinary team work (game design, development, art)
• Organizing project team work and ensuring its efficiency
• Monitoring project progress and addressing delays and blockers
• Managing production risks by identifying threats and implementing corrective actions
• Maintaining realistic scope and controlling project changes
• Managing the project using tools like Jira to ensure transparency
• Collaborating with key roles such as Product Owner, Developer Lead, and Art Director
• Reporting project status, risks, and budget usage
