Senior/Lead QA with French

• Experience with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray or similar defect tracking tools
• Proficiency in manual testing, API testing, regression testing, and UAT
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Fluency in French for communication with French-speaking stakeholders and clients

Nice to have:

• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured

• Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business and quality goals
• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios
• Oversee and support manual and/or automated testing processes
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Analyze and review system specifications and business requirements, with a strong focus on insurance processes
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices
• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and quality sign-off
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and stakeholders
