IT Project Manager (K/M/X)

• Higher education in IT, technical, economic, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Team management, planning, and work organization skills.
• Budget and project scope management.
• High stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Completed project management training.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum supported by certificates (preferred).
• Very good command of English (minimum B2+).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid or distributed environment.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2).
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Ability to make decisions under time pressure.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Ability to work with multifunctional teams.
• Independence, responsibility, initiative.

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master certificates.
• Technical knowledge in IT systems and IT architecture.
• Knowledge of the distribution industry.
