SAP WM / EWM Consultant

Our client is a large organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Operating in a competitive market, the company focuses on leveraging technology to enhance its logistics and supply chain processes.

• Practical experience in both administrative and operational logistics processes.
• Solid knowledge of SAP, with strong expertise in the WM/EWM module; knowledge of other SAP modules is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of the automotive aftermarket and IT infrastructure is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• A proactive, hands‑on mindset with a strong focus on solutions.
• Very good command of Polish (minimum B2 level).
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Ready to Shift-based work in an operational logistics environment.
• Knowledge of German is a plus.

• Analyze warehouse and logistics process flows within the SAP EWM environment in close collaboration with relevant business departments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the design and implementation of new technical solutions.
• Ensure alignment with company-specific templates as well as local, legal, and site-specific requirements.
• Actively support and accompany change management activities related to process and system improvements.
• Take responsibility for test management, including functional tests, load tests, and testing related to change requests and ongoing projects.
• Handle change requests from business departments via the ticketing system and develop suitable solution proposals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external project partners in an operational environment.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process descriptions, and user training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for SAP key users at SAAM locations worldwide and support regular knowledge and experience exchange.
