• Completed higher education (or in the final semester)
• Fluent English (min. B2 level), with particular emphasis on Business English - spoken and written
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly learn new skills

• Helping customers with the configuration of the Acturis application to meet their business needs
• Advising customers on system functionality and resolving issues via email
• Testing configuration changes and the impact of new functionalities on tools and processes
• Working with SQL databases: reporting and creating dedicated solutions based on customer requirements
• Creating and maintaining internal and customer-oriented documentation
