Application Engineer

We are currently seeking a proactive Application Engineer for our client, an international producer within the HVAC industry. Your role will focus on developing optimal technical solutions and offers tailored to customer needs. Your work will contribute to aligning customer expectations with innovative product development and supporting business growth through technically sound and market-driven solutions. You will actively support the sales process by providing technical expertise, identifying customer opportunities, and helping to translate customer requirements into compelling, value-driven proposals. Through close collaboration with sales and internal teams, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and commercial success. This role includes Contract of Employment and hybrid model with 2 office days/week.

• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Availability to travel 20-25% of the time
• Higher education or currently pursuing a degree, preferably in engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international environment, preferably in an application engineering, technical support, or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage

• Developing the best possible offers for customers based on their requirements, ensuring that solutions are tailored to both technical and business needs
• Closely collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with product development and technical solutions
• Supporting the sales team by delivering technical content and expertise
• Monitoring offers in terms of product types, application conditions, and product configurations in order to provide input for the standardization of product ranges based on market needs
