Intelligent Logistic Solutions Sp. z o.o. (ILS Sp. z o.o.) is a global shared service for key internal clients of Pelion SA. The company's main area of activity is the implementation of key IT projects by providing comprehensive IT support. Services provided include IT project management, IT support, cybersecurity, database services, business application support, data center services, network infrastructure, IT education activities, and software development.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 operating systems
• Very good knowledge of AD, AAD, GPO, DNS, PKI, etc.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra, O365, Intune
• Proficiency in scripting languages Powershell/Bash
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to assigned areas
• Knowledge of managing distributed environments
• Teamwork skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAML/OAuth
• Experience in maintaining hardware infrastructure from leading manufacturers (DELL, IBM)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Knowledge supported by industry certifications

• Ensure proper functioning and required availability of infrastructure in the area of Microsoft products
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows Server, AAD, O365
• Design architecture and implement solutions and systems based on Microsoft products
• Design, implement, and maintain HA/DR solutions to ensure continuity of server infrastructure
• Design, implement, and maintain patch/change management solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and mentor the team on technical matters
• Identify and resolve problems related to the maintained environment
• Install and configure operating systems
• Analyze and process system logs
• Support the sales department in developing technical solution configurations
• Provide substantive support for teams performing SRV/OPS tasks
• Participate in integration projects of implementation and maintenance nature
