Wymagania
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations and support across diverse application environments, including Java applications, data platform, workflow orchestration tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Broad knowledge of application architecture, performance tuning and data pipeline management.
- Experience with both Linux and Windows infrastructure and environment management.
- Proficiency with DevOps tooling such as Jenkins, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid programming/scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java or C#.
- Experience with database queries in Snowflake, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Leveraging AI capabilities such as GitHub Copilot to streamline and improve operational workflows.
- Experience with monitoring tools and alerting systems (e.g. Splunk).
Obowiązki
- Take full, hands-on ownership from business delivery readiness to production run, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency across multiple applications and platforms.
- Provide daily, hands-on operational support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, problem management and root cause analysis.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts and business stakeholders.
- Driving clear, timely communication with all relevant parties regarding incidents, resolutions and ongoing operational matters.
