Senior OT Consultant (Strategy & Architecture)

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model for IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for leading clients with innovative and modern projects. The client is a global company in the medical technology sector specializing in imaging diagnostics, patient monitoring, and digital healthcare solutions. The Senior OT Consultant will support a global OT team across six production plants.

• Experience in building and developing OT programs, not only operational maintenance
• Ability to create standards, frameworks, and templates supporting OT environment development
• Capability to design architecture (diagrams, target models, environment reviews)
• Experience in conceptual and strategic work – planning development directions, not only current task execution
• Ability to support project planning and create long-term roadmaps
• Good understanding of OT environments and their integration with IT

• Building and developing OT (Operational Technology) programs in the organization
• Creating and standardizing approaches to OT (frameworks, templates, guidelines)
• Preparing target architectures, clear diagrams, and documentation of environments
• Supporting project planning and defining long-term OT development directions
• Introducing consistency and scalability of OT solutions across different locations
• Raising OT maturity through a more comprehensive and organized approach
