• Experience working with APIs or API development teams.
• Familiarity with documenting functional specifications (agile stories, acceptance criteria) and process flow diagrams.

• Act as a proactive, collaborative, and inquisitive member of the ICE product team.
• Perform detailed analysis of the ICE product and technology landscape (data, systems, interfaces).
• Translate user requests and issues into functional requirements, system processes, and designs.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, customers, and development team.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements into development tickets with acceptance criteria.
• Create business process models, flowcharts, and data flow diagrams.
• Conduct handovers, presentations, and knowledge transfer sessions.
