Platform Assistant (TOGAF)

The role is for a client in the banking industry.

• TOGAF architecture framework knowledge.
• Advanced level JIRA skills including JQL.
• Data science/Business Intelligence skills such as dashboarding and Gantt charts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with dispatching system (ticket management).
• Advanced level Confluence skills including integration with JIRA.

• Support the Technology Architecture team by handling administrative, coordination, and operational tasks to enable architects to focus on strategic and technical decision-making.
• Act as a trusted support function across architecture governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination within the entire GBS organisation.
