Frontend Developer (React)

Verita HR is an international company providing recruitment support within Fintech, Finance and Banking market in EMEA. They connect innovative organizations with top talent and conduct systematic market research to support their Digital Teams.

• 5+ years of professional experience in production applications development in React ecosystem including UI/UX designing
• Strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve and prevent issues in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript web development
• Solid understanding of building dynamic, interactive and high-performance web applications
• Experience preparing and delivering modern UI designs by translating product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance
• Experience in DevOps activities like continuous integration and continuous delivery (optional)

• Rapidly understand business requirements and translate them into solution designs and functional specifications
• Build technical and logical designs, support developers, and work with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Promote solution architecture best practices and document knowledge for new solutions
• Provide technical leadership, review and validate team designs, and manage end-to-end solution design including risks and technical debt
• Ensure solutions are cost-effective, maintainable and aligned with agile processes
• Collaborate with enterprise, platform and value stream architects to evolve architecture strategy and improve the current landscape
• Develop proofs-of-concept and recommend improvements

• Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Kraków
