Wymagania

  • Proven track record in HR (HR Generalist/Specialist/HRBP) or execution of HR processes.
  • Experience working in matrixed and global environments/companies.
  • Proficient communication in English and Polish.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in HR-related field preferred.
  • Strong HR knowledge including policies, performance management, talent development, career management, reward & compensation strategies, diversity management, and employee relations.
  • Leveraging networks.

  • Business leader coaching.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, generate solutions, implement actions, and manage difficult conversations.
  • Engage and build talent.
  • Analyze data analytics and apply insights from enterprise trends to respective unit.

Obowiązki

HR Agenda:

  • Serve as the interface for HR-related escalations for managers.
  • Ensure quality business performance and execute talent agenda aligned to organization objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic agenda and support Senior HRBPs and CoCs to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Collaborate with CoCs to ensure high quality integrated solution delivery.

Workforce planning:

  • Align with Senior HRBPs to support business restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Learning and development:

  • Collaborate with CoC to monitor implementation of learning framework and identify areas of upskilling.

Talent management:

  • Support facilitation of talent management messaging and milestones for employees.
  • Guide people managers and employees through performance review and promotion process.
  • Provide performance management guidance including coaching, career development, and counseling.

Analytics:

  • Pull metrics and analyze trends to assess business health.
  • Support Senior HRBP in developing solutions, programs, and policies.

Engagement:

  • Support roll out and communication of FOW initiatives.
  • Provide guidance for people managers regarding new and existing initiatives.

Compliance:

  • Manage HR activities including employee documentation and compliance with employment law.
  • Collaborate with resolution team to ensure local labor laws are followed.
